Aortic Allograft Workshop Registration

Please fill out the form below to register for our Aortic Allograft Training Workshops.

You may register for both the Aortic Root Surgery Training and the Aortic Allograft Wet Lab. Attendees must have completed the Aortic Root Surgery Training course in order to participate in the aortic allograft wet lab. Courses can be done sequentially with the aortic root surgery training workshop or at a later date.
