Ronda joined CryoLife in January of 2007. She started her career in the tissue banking industry in 1996 working for Community Tissue Services in Fort Worth where she served in many roles from recovery technician to Director. In 2002 she went to work for LifeGift Organ Donation Center in the areas of organ recovery and quality assurance for both organ and tissue recovery.
Ronda is a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) and a Certified Tissue Banking Specialist (CTBS). She is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington with a BS in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Medical Management and a minor in Business Administration. She lives in the Dallas/Fort Worth area with her husband Steve, their two Jack Russell Terriers, and two Pot Bellied Pigs. She has a son, Bill, a daughter, Allyson, and a Grandson, Jace.
Project Manager, Donor Services
Jennifer joined CryoLife as a Donor Screening Coordinator in July of 2004. Jennifer worked her way up to Team Lead and then advanced to Supervisor, Donor Screening in 2008. In November 2014, she was promoted to Manager, Donation Support. Prior to joining CryoLife, Jennifer worked as a Drug Utilization Review Supervisor and on a Medical/Surgical unit at a local hospital. Jennifer is a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and a Certified Tissue Banking Specialist (CTBS). She lives in the Atlanta area with her husband Bill, son Sam, and daughter Emma.
Senior Manager, Training and Education, Donor Services
Jeff began with CryoLife in 1989 as a tissue processing technician. Following a year of processing, he then took a position as a Tissue Recovery Trainer conducting workshops throughout North American teaching recovery techniques to organ and tissue recovery personnel. In addition to his training responsibilities, Jeff has also managed several regions throughout North America as Donor Services Account Manager. He is a Certified Tissue Bank Specialist (CTBS) through the American Association of Tissue Banks (AATB).
Jeff graduated from Mercer University with a BA in Biology.
Technical Trainer, Donor Services
Michael joined CryoLife in June 2004 as a Donor Services Coordinator, where he had been screening donors and providing customer service to our Recovery Partners for over a decade. In January 2016 he made the transition to a Technical Trainer where he assists with the training and education of recovery partners. While working at CryoLife, Michael earned his Certified Tissue Banking Specialist (CTBS) through the American Association of Tissue Banks. Prior to joining CryoLife, Michael worked as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) in the Fire/EMS industry. Michael earned a B.S. in Sport Management from Kennesaw State University, and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Management from Shorter University. Michael currently resides in Woodstock, Georgia with his wife Eileen, son Bryce, daughter Charlotte, and their West Highland White Terrier.

Senior Donor Services Account Manager, East Region
Allison joined CryoLife in March 1999 as a Technician in the Tissue Processing Laboratory. After a year, she transferred to the Quality Department where she worked as a Technician, Coordinator, Supervisor and then Manager, Quality Control. In 2004, Allison transferred to the role of Manager of the Tissue Quality Assurance department. Prior to joining CryoLife, she worked in Quality Control for an animal pharmaceutical company.
Allison is a Certified Tissue Bank Specialist (CTBS). She is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a BS in Biology. Allison lives in Canton, Georgia with her husband, Brian, and their daughters Lily and Emma.
Donor Services Account Manager, Central
Nicole Gross joined Donor Services as an Account Manager, Central Region in February 2014. She grew up in Medina, Ohio, and moved to Woodstock, GA in 1997. She graduated with a BS from Georgia Southern University in 2003 and Ogeechee Technical College with an EMT-I certificate. She moved back to Ohio in 2004 where she worked for GOJO for a year but decided the snow was not for her and moved back to GA where she started at CryoLife July 2006 in Tissue Quality Assurance as an Associate. In July 2007 Donor Quality Assurance was created and she became CTBS certified. She was a DQA Analyst until April 2008 and then became Supervisor of DQA until moving to Donor Services.
Donor Services Account Manager, West Region
Allyson joined CryoLife in September 2014. She has over 18 years of experience in Tissue Banking. Prior to joining CryoLife she worked as a Quality Systems Specialist, a Recovery Partner Relations Specialist, and most recently as a Quality Systems Coordinator. Allyson has a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology from Oregon Health Sciences University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology/Psychology from Pacific University. She is a Certified Tissue Banking Specialist. Allyson lives in Gresham, Oregon with her husband Sean and stepdaughter Erin.

Manager, Donation Support
Kristi worked as an EMT prior to joining CryoLife. She began her career at CryoLife in 2007 as a Donor Services Coordinator, moving from night shift to day shift within her first year. She was promoted to Team Lead of Donation Support in 2014. She received her CTBS certification in 2014. She currently handles invoicing duties for Donation Support, staffing, reviewing forms for our recovery partners, and other various jobs as requested. Kristi is currently enrolled at Kennesaw State University as an accounting major.
Donor Services Center Coordinators
Renee joined CryoLife in 2004 as an Accounts Payable Associate II in the Finance Department. In 2006 she transferred to the Donor Services Department as a Coordinator and became a Certified Tissue Banking Specialist in 2008 thru American Association of Tissue Banking. She is currently a Donation Support Coordinator III in the Donation Support Department. Renee is originally from Long Island, New York. She received her Bachelor’s degree from Stony Brook University. After moving to Georgia, Renee attended Life University and graduated Magna Cum Laude with her Doctorate in Chiropractic. In addition, Renee received certification in Physiotherapeutic Modalities and Radiographic Diagnostics. She lives in Acworth, GA with her husband, Enrique and their two beautiful daughters.
Marc was born and raised in Detroit, MI but has resided in Georgia for over 20 years. He first started working at CryoLife in 1996 and has had a variety of roles within the company. Marc has spent over 9 years working in Donation Support.
Katie joined CryoLife in fall of 2011 as a Donor Screener. She received her BS in Public and Social Services from Kennesaw State University in 1999. She received her LPN from Georgia Northwestern in 2011 and worked as a Psych nurse. In 2015 Katie earned her CTBS certification. Katie is married with two beautiful girls.
Johanna returned to CryoLife’s Donation Support department in fall of 2015. Johanna has over eight years of experience in the tissue banking industry, including more than six years with CryoLife, and has extensive experience in donor screening, tissue recovery, donor eligibility review, and complaint handling. She initially joined CryoLife in fall of 2006, obtained her Certified Tissue Banking Specialist certification in 2010, and holds current technician certification through the Eye Bank Association of America. Johanna received her Bachelor of Science from Loyola University Chicago in 1997. She lives in the Atlanta area with her husband, Greg, and their two wonderful children.
Christine lived in Massachusetts before relocating to Atlanta GA. in 2007. She worked as a LPN for over 10 yrs, and prior to joining CryoLife. After graduating from Kennesaw State with her BS in Biology, she worked as a clinical research coordinator. She is currently working toward her Masters of Public Health.
Kelly joined CryoLife in 2016. She attended nursing school at Georgia Highlands College in Rome, GA. She has over 2 years of experience in providing direct patient care in a variety of settings, including patients with muscular dystrophy and pediatric heart defects. She currently lives in Acworth, GA with her husband, and border collie.
