Microsoft Internet Explorer: To download the current version go to the Microsoft website and navigate to their download page, then select Internet Explorer. If you are experiencing problems with Internet Explorer try the following:

 AOL users: AOL uses a modified version of Microsoft Internet Explorer as its web browser. However, the employment page only supports AOL version 7.0. If you do not have version 7.0 you must either upgrade your current version or use the following steps:

 Netscape users: This browser is not currently supported. Use Microsoft Internet Explorer, which can be accessed by selecting Start - Program Files - Internet Explorer. Once this browser is opened, navigate back to the employment page of the CryoLife web site.

Additional Issues May Be:

1. Some Antivirus software may interfere with the downloading of "executable" content, which would block the Java Applet from downloading.
2. Windows XP does not ship with a Java Runtime Environment. For instructions on installing the Java plugin, users should go to Java.com and follow the easy steps.

 

• First, launch AOL.
• Once connected, minimize the AOL window.
• Launch Internet Explorer either by an icon or select Start - Programs - Internet Explorer.
